As noted on our "Home Page", we are a supplier of both Dry Cast, and Wet Cast Stone products. This sheet will give a brief overview of the Dry Cast process, as well as show a few examples of finished stones.
Step one, the formwork is prepared.
Step two, the Dry Cast ingredients are mixed, and transfered to the waiting form. Then our craftsmen use an air hammer to tightly compress the mixture.
Step three, the stones are removed
from the form, and labeled.
Step four, the finished stones are moved
to the holding chamber to cure.
