Wet Cast Stone

We are a supplier of both Dry Cast, and Wet Cast Stone products. Below is a brief overview of the Wet Cast process, as well as showing a few examples of finished stones.

Step One: The formwork is prepared by hand.	Step Two: The steel reinforcement is added to the form.	Step Three: The wet cast mixture is added to the form.
Step Four: The backs of the stones are troweled smooth.	Step Five: The cured stone is removed from the form, washed or finished to match desired color and texture.	Step Six: The finished stone is staged in our yard for shipping.

All work is custom made by hand, unlike some cast stone companies that mass produce their work on a machine. Mass produced products are not as durable and generally not available in custom shapes and sizes.
