As noted on our "Home Page", we are a supplier of both Dry Cast, and Wet Cast Stone products. This sheet will give a brief overview of the Wet Cast process, as well as show a few examples of finished stones.
Step one, the formwork is prepared,
and steel reinforcement is added.
Step two, the Wet Cast ingredients are
mixed, and transfered to the waiting form.
Step three, the backs of the stones
are troweled smooth.
Step four, the cured stone is removed
from the form, and finished/washed
to match desired color and texture.
