This page shows a brief overview of the Wet Cast manufacturing process.
Step One:
The formwork is prepared.
Step Two:
The steel reinforcement is
added to the form.
Step Three:
The Wet Cast mixture is
added to the form.
Step Four:
The backs of the stones
are troweled smooth.
Step Five:
The cured stone is removed
from the form, washed or finished to match
desired color and texture.
Step Six:
The finished stone is staged
in our yard for shipping.
