Jim Palazeti
President
The Palazeti family has a long history working with pre-cast concrete (as well as other forms of concrete products). Jim began working in the concrete business in 1967 during semester breaks while still in high school. After graduating from Xavier University in 1973, Jim took ownership of Italian Mosaic & Tile Company. Over the next few years, Jim grew the company and obtained PCI Certification, specializing in exposed aggregates. In early 2000, Jim, along with his associates, formed Royal Stone LLC with a vision to produce top quality cast stone and architectural precast.

Jamey Palazeti
General Manager
Jamey is the fourth generation of precast manufacturers in the Palazeti family. After graduating from Albion College in 1998, Jamey worked in the automotive sector for a brief period, before joining Royal Stone in 2002. With his strong background in business, Jamey has helped grow Royal Stone from it's infancy into a major supplier of cast stone and architectural precast shipping to multiple states.

Mike Funk
Drafting Manager
Mike oversees Royal Stone's drafting department. His drafting background goes all the way back to high school, though he has been using his designing / drawing talents specifically in the cast stone & architectural precast industry for over 15 years. Mike also serves Royal Stone in the capacity of computer specialist and web page designer.

Chad Dunckel
Production Manager
Chad has many responsibilities at Royal Stone. He is our production manager, overseeing both cast stone, as well as the architectural precast processes. Chad is also our shipping manager, and handles coordinating shipments of our products. Chad has worked with cast stone, and architectural precast concrete for over 20 years.

Gregg Hitchcock
Lead Carpenter
Gregg has been a master form / mold maker for over 20 years. He and his crew use a variety of materials, including steel, wood, fiberglass, rubber, & foam to craft each custom mold.

Jon Mac Innis
Draftsman
After graduating from ITT Technical University, Jon was hired by Royal Stone. Jon has established himself as a vital part of the Royal Stone team, primarily handling the residential projects, and some of the larger commercial projects.

Ron Wright
Draftsman
After graduating from college, Ron worked in an Engineer’s office in charge of bridge design and surveying. From there, he went into roof truss design and manufacturing at an Ohio facility. At the same time he designed hundreds of single family, duplex and multi-family housing projects. He joined the Royal Stone team in the summer of 2007.

Debbie Daft
Office Manager
Debbie is the newest edition to the Royal Stone team. She handles the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and all Human Resource duties.
